William J. Urbanik, MBA, RFC
Managing Partner/Financial Planner, The SecondHalf Coach, Inc.
Registered Principal, SagePoint Financial, Inc. 

William (Bill) J. Urbanik is an alumnus of California University of Pennsylvania where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Education (BSE) and attained a Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Teaching Certification. Graduating as a Presidential Scholar Cum Laude he also won the Student Association’s Distinguished Service Award. He remains active in his alma mater and currently serves on the Foundation for California University of Pennsylvania’s Board of Directors.

Committed to furthering his education, Bill earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) specializing in Management from Seton Hill University, graduating Summa Cum Laude. He also completed the Leadership Academy through the School of Leadership and Professional Advancement at Duquesne University, and has fulfilled all requirements to be recognized by the International Association of Registered Financial Consultants as a Registered Financial Consultant (RFC). In addition, Bill is currently working towards a Master of Science in Financial Planning at the College for Financial Planning.

After years of building his practice, Bill purchased The SecondHalf Coach, Inc. from his in-laws as a result of his father-in-law’s illness and assumed control of their practice as well. The following December, he merged his practice with long-time family friend, Anthony Slezak, and the two now co-manage The SecondHalf Coach, Inc. in Latrobe.

Bill specializes in fee-based wealth management where he researches, creates, and monitors his own portfolios in conjunction with utilizing a variety of third party money managers utilizing strategic and tactical platforms.
When Bill is not working or participating in charitable and non-profit organizations, he enjoys playing golf and soccer, cheering on the Pittsburgh Penguins and Steelers, and spending time with his family. He resides in Latrobe with his wife Jessica (Laick) Urbanik and identical twin sons, Aidan and Jacob.

Anthony E. Slezak
Managing Partner/Financial Planner, The SecondHalf Coach, Inc.

Anthony (Tony) E. Slezak is a Latrobe native who attended Derry Area High School. He is an alumnus of Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP), where he earned his Bachelor of Science (BS) in business. Tony worked diligently to build a financial advising practice after college that started in his parents’ home, and matured into his own business, Buttonwood Financial. He moved his office to Ligonier Street in 2002 when he built his own foundation, and in 2010, he chose to merge and co-manage his business with William Urbanik, ensuring business continuation, now known solely as The SecondHalf Coach, Inc.

At The SecondHalf Coach, Tony devotes his time experience in the financial industry to his clients and specializes in fee-based wealth management where he researches, creates, and monitors his own portfolios; and, utilizes a variety of third party money managers utilizing strategic and tactical platforms.

Continuing his education, Tony is currently working toward his Master of Science in Financial Planning from the College for Financial Planning.

When he is not working, Tony enjoys working out, spending time with his family and friends, and discovering the outdoors. Tony is an enthusiastic outdoorsman, taking frequent hunting and fishing trips with his family and friends. He has traveled all over the United States and Canada, displaying several of his trophies throughout the office. In addition to this, Tony loves watching his daughters play soccer and cheering on the Pittsburgh Penguins and Steelers. He and his son are also very active in the boy scouts, where he earned the title of Eagle Scout, and is now helping his son do the same.

Tony is an active member of the Saint Cecilia Roman Catholic Church, where he is Chairman of the Parish Finance Committee. He and his wife Sheri have been married for twenty four years and have three children, Sarah a sophomore at Mercyhurst College, Julie a Greater Latrobe junior, and Michael a Greater Latrobe freshman. He and his family reside in Latrobe, where he has become well known as an active member of the community.  



Jessica M. Marazza
Financial Planner, The SecondHalf Coach, Inc.
Jessica joined our team in 2011 and has been spearheading all communications and business initiatives focusing on providing clients a meaningful relationship since. Her role has continually evolved and in 2014 she completed all necessary requirements to earn her securities registrations, expanding her career to a member of The SecondHalf Coach Wealth Management Team as a financial planner.
Her success stems from both her drive to succeed and the Bachelor of Science degree she earned cum laude from Saint Vincent College in 2009; majoring in Marketing and minoring in International Business.
Outside of the office, Jess enjoys watching and attending sporting events, especially the Pittsburgh Pirates. Along with sports, Jess also loves to travel. She’s had the pleasure of visiting numerous exciting destinations including Europe with her family, exploring cities including Dublin, Paris, Rome, Madrid and London.
